I work as a marketing specialist in customer relations and inventory control. My educational background enabled me to employ marketing theories in practical situations, and the experience and knowledge I earned improved my ability to work independently in various business environments. My active participation in overseeing the company's inventory and customer relations enabled me to thoroughly understand industry statistics and their analysis to craft an effective strategy.
My Story
I learned my first business lessons from my family's business, and I was intrigued when I understood that in order for a company to achieve great growth and profit, it must have the proper quantity of the product that the market requires. It inspired me to pursue my objective of learning inventory control skills for the firm.

I have experience utilising SAP Inventory Manager and Square's point-of-sale system to precisely track inventory, count cycles, and prioritise jobs based on ABC analysis and barcode data. In my opinion, consumer interactions are extremely crucial for inventory control; therefore, knowing customer analytics is the key to identifying new trends and ideas.

With my skills and experience in the field of customer relations, I plan to assist small businesses and start-ups in establishing their customer management system and acquainting their teams with the software technologies employed.
